Thanks again for your great service! I liked your selection of card designs - very modern and classic - not kiddish. There was a good selection of designs - not too many, not too few. I particularly liked the ability to preview my personal photo on each card option and to personalize the wording PRIOR to purchasing a card. Several other sites I visited did not provide this feature. Price was very important in my card selection. The fact that Paperspring was ~30% less than competitor sites led me to purchase from you. I also liked the quick turnaround time. I've ordered personalized cards from your competitors in the past and the turnaround time was at least a week to a week and a half biz. days. The customer service I received from Paperspring was excellent. A LIVE human being answered the phone on the first or second ring. It was a very pleasant surprise. The CSR who helped me and was tremendous! The shipping speed was above and beyond my expectations for customer service! The quality of the finished product is excellent. The colors are true to the website and the print is clean and crisp. The card stock is quality and I LUV the fact that it is recycled paper content in its composition.
